Lemon Butter Cake (Pound Cake)

A slice of Lemon Butter Cake (or some will refer it as pound cake) goes very well with a cup of tea or coffee for "time out".

This moist and soft Lemon Butter Cake is packed with lots of fresh juices from the lemons and the zests, which is the best part of the lemon tha give the cake a strong and refreshing taste. The top of the cake is glazed with a generous layer of lemon syrup that will gradually seeps into the cake.

You can have a selection of the Original Butter Cake if you love the buttery aroma and taste, or you can have a more tangy flavour of the Orange Butter Cake that will give you a whole new different experience.
