Little Theresa's One Month Celebration - 14th February 2011

Papa Peter and Mama Amy requested for the traditional butter cakes for their friends and colleagues. A very buttery and aromatic cake that they wanted to share, together with their joy of being parents for the first time. Congratulations, Peter and Amy ! Cheers to their cutie little princess, Theresa.



Mango Mousse Cake

Light mango mousse sandwhiched between soft vanilla sponge and mango cubes.

Simply decorated with fresh fruits and colourful macarons. A different experience from the usual creamy mousse, this is an airy-like mousse that you will not feel guilty of eating another share...

Healthy Carrot Cake

This is a healthy cake with loads of freshly shredded carrots, toasted walnuts and juicy fresh pineapples. It is moist and light, the cheese topping is blended with some lemon zest that make it a great compliment to the carrot cake.

It's a great for an afternoon treat over coffee or tea, or a treat to your friends and colleagues on special occasions.

Retire in Style !

August is a busy month for us. We have another order of 110 pieces of cake assortments for 27th August'10.

A celebration of a man's good work and contribution for his long service in the company. Our customer has decided to take a break from his many years of work and spend some time with his family.

Someone ever said " when you retire, you simply change boss - from the one who hired you, to the one who married you ".....

We have created a range of our classic cakes for him to show his sincere appreciation to his co-colleagues and of course, his bosses for their patience and co-operation during his years of service.   

A Simple Way to say "Thank You" - 13th August'10

A friend of ours have requested for something simple on that resemble the "good-old-days" that she has shared with her friends. We have put together a real simple treat of chocolate chip cookies and chiffon cakes.

These are everlasting goodies that are always welcomed by people of all ages ! 

One of the many great and thoughtful ways to say "thank you" to her friends for the memorable experiences together.

Chempedak Mousse Cake (Seasonal)

Chempedak is usually available once a year around July/August. This fruit is not easy to come by in the market or supermarket.

Some said that chempedak is like durian, you either like it or hate it. It has its own unique taste and fragrant. The flesh is usually sweet an bright orange in colour. There are not many seeds within the fruit, sometimes you get only 3 seeds in a fruit. 
 
Sandwhiched between the soft vanilla sponge cake is a  light chempedak mousse and a layer of chempedak flesh.

You should not miss this once a year ''treasure"  !

Appreciation Treats - Order

Orders received for a special appreciation treat to 40 persons whom our friend/customer has worked cordially with.


Due to the short notice  given, it is really a test of our ability to put everything together in less than 2 days' time . Though our understanding customer has requested one standard type,but we have surprised him with 3 different types, more than he has asked for !


The cakes are neatly sliced, cling wrapped and boxed individually. Lucky colleagues of this generous man ...........

Simply Baked Cheesecake

Eve, one of our regulars wanted to surprise her loving husband with a Father's Day cake last weekend. Her family and her are cheesecake lovers so this rich and creamy cheesecake is definite a hit for them.

Cheesecake lovers who simply enjoy the richness of cheese will fall in love with this cake. It is baked to the right texture, dusted with good quality cocoa powder and decorated with fresh and seasonal fruits.

Chocolate Strawberry Swiss Roll

Simple and nice.... One of our regulars have requested a simple and healthy cake for Father's Day.


Chocolate swiss roll with chantilly cream and fresh strawberries, dusted with snow powder to give it a finishing touch.

You can replace strawberries with peaches, bananas or kiwi.

Layers of soft chocolate sponge cake, covered with generous amount of good quality chocolate fudge, it's definitely worth the extra pounds !

Durian Mousse Cake

Durian is Asia's King of the Fruits. It is either you love it or you simply hate the smell of it.  The taste and smell of durian is heavenly for those who love it.

It's important to use good quality durians. Tasty durian mousse is sandwhiched in between two layers of soft sponge, the cake is covered with the remaining durian mousse.

This is another favourite of our friends and relatives.

Rich Chocolate Mousse Cake

A rich and heavenly mousse, using good quality chocolates Valhorna, you simply cannot resist this.Adults will be fighting with the kids for the last remaining piece...

There are  alternate layers of soft chocolate genoise and rum chocolate mousse. In between the layers, a choice of dark pitted cherries, preserved pears or bananas. How can anyone resist ?

Events & Ocassions 2 - OSY's Order for Farewell Treats

These macarons and brownies were done in April'10 for a friend who has decided to quit from her job and persue her own dreams. She wanted something more unusual than the normal curry puffs, swiss rolls etc.

These macarons are a new addition to our menu. The macarons were packed in bags of 3, and the brownies are cut and boxed presentably.
