It has been a very busy pre Chinese New Year for Executive Bakes. Right after Christmas, we were already planning and preparing for Chinese New Year bakes. Here are some of the bakes we did :-

Choice of fillings : Raspberry cream, Pistachio cream, Chocolate cream, Coffee cream, Lemon cream, Orange cream, black sesame cream, peanut butter cream

                      

Macaron size : 3.5 to 3.8 cm (approx. 1.5 inch)

Picking up a treat : minimum order of 1 box containing 14 pieces , choice of any 2 flavors at $25/box

2010 Christmas Treats 2 - White Christmas Fruit Cake

 

Executive Bakes Christmas Fruit Cake is packed with lots of liquor infused fruits, raisins and walnuts. Lightly spiced and right amount of rum is use to keep the cake moist and tasty. The fruit cake is "snow capped" with a layer of marzipan.
