Pistachio and Raspberry Macarons - New Flavours !

New macaron flavours :-

Pistachio Macarons - pistachio shells with light pistachio cream. This combinaton is definitely a perfect match and love by nuts lovers.

Framboise Macarons - almond shells with light framboise(raspberry) cream.

New ! Sesame Macarons - Black or White

Balck or White ? No, not coffee. It's the new macaron flavours added to our collection - Sesame Macarons

Seasame seeds come in black and white. Their taste are quite different in their own ways. When toasted, the black sesame seeds have a deeper flavour then the white sesame seeds.

The shells are a mix of ground almond and ground sesame seeds (grey shells : black sesame, cream shells : white sesame). The shells are filled with either black or white sesame paste fillings.

Peanut Butter Macarons with Peanut Butter Chunky or Creamy Fillings

One of the up and coming new macaron flavours by Executive Bakes.

A fraction of ground peanut flour is added to the base for making the macaron shells. The shells are in their natural beige colour , sandwhiched with a choice of creamy or chunky peanut butter cream fillings.

A nutty taste for those who love peanuts !

Coffee Macarons : Coffee macaron shells, sandwiched with coffee liquored cheese and buttercream

Chocolate Macarons : Almond or chocolate macaron shells, with liquor infused dark chocolate ganache

Lemon Macarons : Almond macaron shells, with white chocolate lemon cream ganache

Well, it's fun to play with the colours of the macaron shells. There is no hard-&-fuss rules about fixed colours for certain fillings, like lemon cream must match with green or lemon yellow shells.... You can pair different colours of macaron shells with fillings.
