Mango Mousse Cake - Attempt 1

Our bakers love this mango mousse cake. It is decorated with fresh slices of mangoes and mango cubes in between the mousse and cake layers.

However, our bakers are not ready to put this up on the menu. Some fine tune on the mousse texture will be good . It will require feedbacks and consenus from our target group testers before this cake is moved to the "Menu".
