- Ordering leadtime : Please place your orders at least 7 days in advance , and at least 14 days for large orders. Do drop us an email to check if we are able to manage your urgent order(s) as stated above.
- All bakes will be self-collect at or near any of these MRT stations - Outram, Chinatown, Raffles Place or Tanjong Pagar. Free delivery for orders with $500 and above.
- Special packaging for gifts or special occasions will be chargeable , upon requests.
- 70% or the total amount to be paid via ATM / banking transfer to confirm order(s),balance 30% to be paid before delivery.
- Additional charges shall apply for special requests, customisation and/or additional cake decorations., if any.
- No cancellations of orders and refund of payment once orders are confirmed. Any amendments must be made no less than 3 working days to the delivery/self-collection date. Amendments are subject to availability of items and may incur a surcharge depending on the extent of the amendment(s).
- Bakes designs may be subject to slight variations.
- Prices, delivery charges/policies, terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Executive Bakes reserve the rights to accept or reject any orders.
- To avoid any doubts or misunderstanding, Executive Bakes shall not bear any liability for the product(s) after delivery into the customer's possession.
