Events & Ocassions 2 - OSY's Order for Farewell Treats

These macarons and brownies were done in April'10 for a friend who has decided to quit from her job and persue her own dreams. She wanted something more unusual than the normal curry puffs, swiss rolls etc.

These macarons are a new addition to our menu. The macarons were packed in bags of 3, and the brownies are cut and boxed presentably.

Following were the flavours :

• Chocolate Macarons - Liquor infused, dark chocolate ganache fillings.
• Zesty Lemon Macarons - Refreshing lemon zest with white chocolate ganache
• Coffee Macarons - coffee flavored macaron shells with coffee cheese cream fillings.

The special treats were well received and definitely leave behind a good impression, of course along with her reputation of good contribution to her company !
