A friend of ours brought back some Hokkaido cookies that supposed to be their famous "must-haves".
Inspired by that, we tried our own version with using tuiles and experimenting on the shapes and fillings. Not quite there yet, the white chocolate fillings are too sweet for our likings, dark chocolates work fine.
Still working on it .....
