Fun Fair Project Planning 1 - Pandan Chiffon Cakes in Cups

Executive Bakes will be sponsoring an up & coming church fun fair in September'10 for fund raising. Our team of bakers have started to come together and plan the items that we are going to bake and sell.

Pandan Chiffon Cakes baked in cup liners is somewhat like a cupcake indeed. It can be used as base for cupcakes or you can simply eat it on its own. It is just as delicious.

The fresh coconut milk with pandan juice are just a perfect match in heaven ! It is moist and not dry, light and not overly sweet so you can just treat yourself to more than 1 piece.

Simple, basic and yet delicious cakes will be good for those who do not like fuss and frails on their little treats.
