Cookies filled with chocolate chips, rum soaked raisins and chopped almond nuts, it is crunchy and yet chewy. One of our friends' favourites. Great bite for afternoon tea chats or breaks, or festive seasons as gifts for Christmas or add on to your Chinese New Year palette...




Alternatively, mini colourful "m&m" chocolates can be added to spice up your appetite for another piece of the cookie !
